Zahrah is an Editorial Photographer & Creative Director based in Vancouver, known for creating cinematic imagery rooted in beauty, emotion, and modern storytelling. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, her work blends fashion-inspired portraiture with documentary sensitivity creating photographs that feel both refined and deeply personal.

With experience across editorial, beauty, lifestyle, and creative collaborations, Zahrah approaches each session as more than a photoshoot. Her multidisciplinary background in photography, beauty, visual design, and creative direction allows her to craft immersive visual experiences shaped through light, atmosphere, movement, and emotion.

Her creative journey includes working alongside journalists, creatives, models, and brands within fashion and lifestyle publications in South Africa, experiences that helped shape her eye for storytelling and cinematic composition. Inspired by softness, femininity, intimacy, and the beauty found between moments, her work is designed to feel timeless, elevated, and emotionally connected.
